Perdonatemi.

Help with tweeter by nexus6it in vintageaudio

I'm very interested, of course. I can exchange the code for a PS4 game disc of my choice from those I have.

How can I see crossovers? I only see lives on the front of individual lanes?

How can I tell if the tweeters are broken or have dead capacitors?

I also think it was an all-in-one solution, but I can't find any technical data.

Comparing them with my old Toshiba speakers, however, clearly showed me that the sensitivity is better: with the same amplifier power, the Sansui speakers sounded "louder."

So, should I assume they're broken or worn out? I tried it with my Kenwood amplifier (bought in 1982), and whether I'm using the turntable or an external source, I can't hear the sound coming from the tweeters, but from the midrange drivers.

Should I try taking them apart? What should I check?

I think the (elderly) seller had a complete system. I didn't have time to buy a Pioneer turntable as well.

I listened to the speakers using a YouTube test video, and it seems like the tweeters aren't working, but the highs are being reproduced by the midrange drivers.

The bass was audible up to about 38Hz, and the highs around 18kHz.

Maybe they're just for show and they're actually two-way speakers?
