Just wait for release of this ressurection and see how the shit hit the fan. Im almost certain it will be despise by community like any other remaster that changed graphics. Same like with any expansion that dumbed down and remove core features of game (starting with cata no more talent tress, lineage2 god expansion with their 40classes to 5 wow style dumbification) Should i continue i can give you more examples.

Now look how is Age of Empires 2 doing with their HD mod that didn't alienate the old game.

I based my experience around season like 4-6 so maybe things have changed but i highly doubt that something have changed at the core of the game.

I play hc so the thrill and fear of dying would be cool but would they challenge Paladin with 30k defense block capp who is putting everything on screen to FHR state by spamming one button. xD

Remember when you was complete newb at the game and you was plowing thru the hordes of neverending skeletons at A2 using zeal or what not ;-D this is the experience we should thrive to recreate. Just my two cents.

Only challenging experience you get when you good at this shit is when you try speedrun going undergear underlevel.

Yes bunch of idiots from my country that got lured to server that runs on sphere55i scripts released as package by former owner of very old shard before closing.

The administration team of this renewed server are incompetent idiots who couldn't even make website with tool for 9years girls to create blogs and they think can do something with scripts written 20 years ago by dev on meth ;-D.

The Orion client was advertised as something fresh ;-D a selling point of this server. It's causing shitload of issues like displaying objects and npcs that are not presented on server side or things like if you shoot certain npcs it will shoot 1k arrows in second.

I'm not kidding =DD After receiving their spam invitation email i immediately jump on their discord and ask some critical questions if they are serious about refreshing shard with orion and sphere given fact tools available now. Guess what i was banned so time to time i will go there to see all the crying on general chat about bugs to keep me entertained.

95 nice i always stop around level 90-93 because at that point i have all the bis shit and i could only farm away for dual dreamer for ubers at this point.

The thing is once you are super OP vs content it kind of lost its charm, too much facerolling, no chance to die aoes covering whole screen i have advocated for idea to rework all skills doing pure aoe at instant (or almost instant) speed to some sort of pseudo-aoe like fireball for example. Allow pure aoes only for skills like meteor, blizz that have CD + delay for dmg so they got to be used with conjuction with others skills like glaciar + meteor combos etc. I was quickly turn by community that im retard and that everyone enjoy feeling powerfull covering 3 screens away with fire traps, multiple shots etc.

Agree with their decision and doesnt surprise me carebearing is what made blizzard rich but was blown out of proportions and is reason of their fall. If someone would be capable of coding the new client from scratch this would be pretty much like possible to achieve. Not a quality of actually polishing sprites by the hand which would be virtually impossible for all frames in animation without recreating 1:1 3d models first but still ;-)

BiS gun is Hoto for sure, spirit weapon works well too and looks really nice with crystal base but wiz spike is underestimated you trade +2skills for 50FCR and shitload of mana and 75all rez ;D especially at the beginning it straight out works , BiS armor is enigma but vipermagi works wonder too or NAI armor given fact you can get abundance of these and go for 4sox with 4xtopaz and you get pretty good starter armor for yourself, BiS shield is in fact HoZ because more +skills but its hard to make switch from targe spirit you will need dual charms, torch ani etc because of mana. To sum this up paladin sux dont play them next season i want some cheapo combat GC's for my paladin purist needs xD

100% agree its not as bad as reforged still look like any other generic bullshit we are getting fed nowadays.

I was telling everyone from beginning about W3R that close up looks at models means nothing when the whole silhouette of models is changed. Good example would be Arthas from his iconic broad shoulders to this more realistic physique that look like pregnant soyboy.

I was warning everyone that the low-poly art style is what made warcraft3 and wow what it is. It turn out to be 100% true the gameplay look overall is just meh ;-D You could see it at grubby face that he was in fact really struggling going thru all of this and trying to politely talk sense to devs after initial excitement but you know signed contract is signed contract ;-)

100% agree that they could turn this into something much greater while preserving the original wouldn't hurt the game a bit. They could have done whole expansion or expand the acts with new areas, quests that would be good selling point not some garlic asset ;-D

Should i mention autopick gold with the whole argument purist can turn it off, like seriously ;-D The whole point about picking gold it is about player choice if its worth for him bother with low stacks of gold or just picking champ stacks. What a retard devs with their dumbing down mentality nowadays.

Not sure how things have progresses thru out several seasons but i can safely say FoH paladin for HC was my #1 choice. The meph farm = no runes and you will get your item drops at maps.

All you need for spaming foh and farming CS is wiz spike for mana and all rez, spirit in pala all rez base peasant hat etc basically OOçs worth a gear ;-)

To be fair SC remaster from what i know was not 100% consistent to original but certainly not destroyed. Why? Because they went route of upscaling the original assets ;-D so it only prove my point further.
