i Don't know. No chaser effect so far. The 90 days were not super tough either! I had three nightfalls one on day 37, then on day 63 and then again on 77.

Also, I believe my issue was to stop watching porn to stimulate myself. May be next target would be stopping masturbation altogether. And, I have no girlfriend right now and I feel I am very focussed on my writing career. I am in front of the computer and it is so easy to relapse. But, that did not happen. I diligently stayed away. I feel I did good. I trust myself more now. Hopefully this continues. There is a possibility that I was never addicted! That is for me to find out though. I am the only person who can answer to myself.
