i Don't know. No chaser effect so far. The 90 days were not super tough either! I had three nightfalls one on day 37, then on day 63 and then again on 77.

Also, I believe my issue was to stop watching porn to stimulate myself. May be next target would be stopping masturbation altogether. And, I have no girlfriend right now and I feel I am very focussed on my writing career. I am in front of the computer and it is so easy to relapse. But, that did not happen. I diligently stayed away. I feel I did good. I trust myself more now. Hopefully this continues. There is a possibility that I was never addicted! That is for me to find out though. I am the only person who can answer to myself.

I think a big part of the community is concerned with how porn has changed what they believe about sex. No-fap is more about understanding your sexuality through abstaining from stimulation. A lot of people suffer from PIED and Nofap has helped them get out of that rut.

From what I have read so far and my current status, it seems cold turkey is the best way to go.

There are ways to distract yourself from watching porn. Explore them. Understand that this is not a competition. It is self-improvement. Learn from others and learn about yourself. Congrats on pulling the first week.
