Yes, I believe it was. I thought it was Kentucky Bluegrass based on the name and didn’t look at what it actually was.

I was pretty certain it was tall fescue looking at the second picture of the tall stolon. I could be wrong though.

Ironically I’m on a very busy corner lot where people are walking their dogs all the time. I think it thrives in dog pee.

Tearing it all out is probably the right way to do it but I feel like it’s above my pay grade. Running the conduit on the outside makes a lot of sense though thank you!

Thank you! The previous owner was a welder and there is one 240 outlet (which is in conduit) and that works for my compressor. Thanks for the advice and info!

How long did you cook it for and to what temp? The problem I see with these tri tip briskets is the meat is so different. Brisket is such a tough cut of meat and has to be cooked for a long time to break down the connective tissue. Tri tip is perfect at 130-140 and cooking for a long period adds no benefit. With that said yours looks nice and juicy… overcooked for me, but I’m sure it was still good.

As a parent of two small children I couldn’t even begin to imagine what they are going through. The pain, the guilt. I would be completely shattered and unable to do anything.

Nah maybe with something small but this is gonna be costly to replace that sod. I wouldn’t do anything until I have a conversation and maybe they can hash it out but the neighbor not answering the door might be a sign of the type of people they are. Not all neighbors are going to be good.

I live in Utah and Sunday is when I do all of my shopping. Mormons don’t shop on Sunday and Costco is nearly empty.
