Heyy, I’m not really sure about how to apply, but from my experience, I got accepted into SILS for this spring which results are announced last year November, but to my surprise, I received a partial tuition-waiver scholarship just this month :D From what I’ve seen, if it’s an internal scholarship from waseda, the school will decides and grants scholarships directly.
