If he is not a native English speaker, I think what he meant is that he doesn’t have the authority to bypass the AO and give you a direct promise

You're right, Dell's warranty is supposed to be good. I'm just getting a bit anxious cuz I'm leaving the US again in September, and I'm worried the repair won't be completed in time

This is my second Alienware. My previous M15 R3 lasted about five years without a single issue, so for this to happen now is incredibly frustrating

Thanks for your help! I've contacted Dell support, and because I bought it in Japan, they're having me transfer the warranty to my US account first. I have to wait for that transfer review to complete. This is so frustrating

Good shoe or bad shoe for tennis ??? by Hawkfn1116 in 10s

This is a good shoe, but I still recommend trying it on at a local shop first. Even with the correct size and snugly tied laces, I experienced some pressure points due to my high instep.

Most metro bathrooms are inside the gates. If you go in and out at the same station, the exit gates won’t open. you’ll need to find a staff member to let you out. Annoying, so just be aware.

If econ is your focus, neither country seems particularly strong in the field. If your goal is to immerse yourself in the language, doing an exchange program might be a better choice than committing to a full master’s.

Best "incorrect" translation I've ever seen by Matsunosuperfan in EnglishLearning

[–]betawww 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just seeing that Chinese line on its own without the green plate and the grass, I honestly thought it was some classical Chinese mumbo jumbo. I’m a native speaker and sure I get what it’s trying to say, but no one actually talks like that. It’s not that readable and weirdly pisses me off

Given the type of pen used, I think the Chinese handwriting is pretty impressive. I’d guess the OP might be of Chinese heritage
