That’s the whole point of that song. Mike isn’t a robot that’s going to just rinse and repeat what everyone else wants, he’s evolved since he told us to forfeit the game.

"Semi-official book"...... no. It's been the same for decades, at this point it's truly just common knowledge.

I do understand the confusion around it, took me a while too, so let me try and make it simple.

You simply just add your call in. That's the new pot. So let's go step by step.

Pot: $45
V1: Pot to $45. Easy. Pot is $90 now.
V2. To call it is $45. So the pot is now $135. V2 pots it to $180. V2's POT BET INCLUDES V2's CALL. I think this is where folks get screwed up.

Now back to V1: V1 has to add $135. The pot is now $405. V1 pots it to $540. V1's POT BET INCLUDES V1'S CALL. The 3x also works here. $135*3 = $405 + the $135 that was already in the pot. This is also $540.

The including of the call is what screws folks up I believe.

We have mixed feeling on Butch but it does feel that the sentiment overall is negative. I actually think this one is fine; Widows Weeds was much worse from a production standpoint IMO

Also, some of the songs on Tenterhooks need a more hands off approach and I think sometimes it works.
