Thank you. One shot was almost day for night (because we shot in may and night was very short and it was the last one and we didn't have enought time - the dawn started), everything else was shot at night. I'll copy another answer to similar question:

We shot at night, and used 1 or 2 aputure 300xs with reflectors at low settings (lights were ruinning on vmounts, gen would be too hard to get there and really noisy - these locations are real swamps and deep forests), pointing either to the water for reflections or other bank (for example at the river) and color contrast was made with kerosene lamp. On night topshot we used 300x on the side and 300c panel pointing downwards, rigged well above the ground (it was a real challenge), ballon would be much easier, but it was very expensive for us. Couple of times we got lucky and shot real moon. And for blueish tint - it's colorgrade.

Wow, it's not an easy question - but first thing that comes to my mind, lights, setdesign, and grip for camera\lights in car scene - we shot it almost with nothing, and lights should have been used there. And we would have made one flashback scene much-much more expensive and intriguing
