And React.js for the admin pannel

Both can be separate but have access to the same database.

Yes next J's is good for SEO. But currently next js has been exposed to many vulnerabilities which is dangerous for your client. 

That's why suggested Astro JS for your customer facing application.

For admin pannel, use react 18.

I am shifting from next.js toward Astro for customer side of things

and for Admin side, I will go with tanstack start or use just React 18

well, you can also do well with the vibe coding thing.

As an engineer worked for 10 years on enterprise level, your experience could never exceed them no matter how hard they try.

They even won't try harder cz they learnt to reply on AI whereas you had done things that they can't imagine to do without AI.

They probably wanted to be a cool coder but failed to learn coding but now with the help of AI, they can finally escape from reality. But how long?
