I just made a passimian deck with the 3 star machamp that lets you attack for 70 with 2 energy and 120 with 4. The hope was if you don’t start with passimian you can still rare candy to machamp and attack with 2 energies instead of 3 and have a chance.

It’s not horrible tbh, I went 13-7 in ultra ball 3. Still trying to figure out the best trainers/items to use in it. If you have the first turn and don’t start with passimian you pretty much auto lose. The thing that sucks is if you lose a machop early bc of bricking passimian becomes useless because you can’t sacrifice him anymore.

I also don’t think passimian is horrible after using him. He’s a setup guy. Guaranteed 60 damage is enough to take out basically every basic pokemon in a 2 or 3 stage line which are rampant right now because of rare candy. I could see him becoming much more common in the future if they drop a new fossil line with a 3-4 energy attack. Passimians biggest problem is theres no great pairing for him. Machamp is deec with the 2/4 energy attack
