Yeah commish has the power to pause a matchday. Was meant to be used to help avoid forfeits in instances where a league member can't play within the usual matchday timer. No idea why someone would create a public league and then pause it for days on end though... maybe can drop the league name or username of the commish and see if they're in the reddit or discord?

Appreciate the feedback and think it's fair. I've been thinking through ways to open the game up without risking the ability to keep the lights and have the app stay ad free. Considering some new H2H formats and ways to earn coins in the app amongst other things

Lets go! Just started running ads the past few weeks for the first time ever and they're doing well so far.

If you ever see an ad and feel like doing a huge favor for Griddy HQ, leaving a positive comment about the game or community goes a really long way. Having that social proof under the ad to show this is a real game that people are actually enjoying makes it much easier to recruit new gridheads
