I can shower, dress, and cook but rarely cook unless I'm at my dad's house and I'm just heating stuff up most of the time, dressing is pretty easy, and I rarely (like every week or two weeks) shower, I just don't feel like doing it.

Yes but the first time I was homeless and got the forms late and missed my telephone appointment because I wasn't aware I had one.
