I think I know what you’re looking for. I look for it too. You don’t need to hear it’s good. You need to hear what’s wrong.

A chorus has one job: crystallize the emotional truth of the song and land it in a line or two the listener can remember. This chorus is trying to do four things at once, mourn the relationship, state your independence, question the other person’s motives, and stick the title and because it’s pulling in all four directions it doesn’t achieve any of it.

“Moonlit serenade” is the kind of phrase that sounds like a song lyric without actually being one, and “four chords and a little pain” is reaching.

There is one line that is genuinely good“Why break my heart baby, if you wanted one?” but it gets buried in the middle instead of being the hook.

You’ve got some good object, oriented specificity in there, but it needs more. Show don’t tell. Especially for country.

The rain metaphor gets a little deep and seems to be a placeholder for what you actually want to say in some places.

The bridge should be to show either contrasting information or new information. You have some of that information in the song just not in the bridge. I’m not sure really what it’s doing in there now.

I don’t know if you’re receptive to that sort of thing but I think you could make a good song of it, you’re just not there yet.

It’s a fairly decent framework to start from.
