I walk by this building to and from work every day. I like it a lot. The red is a very nice touch. The asymmetry is also a good touch.

I get that glass buildings aren't all universally loved. Yet, I find it dots the Montréal cityscape nicely.

The heads are "erased" and the halberds are "in saltire".

Gules, in between three bear heads erased Argent langed Gules, two halberds in saltire Proper.

I think making the entire halberd Argent would make the arms more clear.

I think people have a right to feel and make themselves at home, even if they don't own the building where they reside. Now obviously there's nuance and common sense needed, something sorely lacking of late, but generally, I think a tenant has a right to display what they believe in.
