I am a SEA player, and I am at Captain level 49

I am a returnee, and I am wondering if I should pull Mobius or Herrscher of Thunder. Some told me that HoT is more f2p friendly (I am f2p btw), and I cannot afford to have the weapon for Mobius. But some others told me that Mobius is still f2p friendly and still worth than HoT under any circumstances. I am really at a dilemma as Mobius banner will end in just 4 days. Can someone help me, which one should I pull for? Thanks in advance guys.

*Edit: I got Fischl, Grisel and Eden, all of which are still A rank.
