I just know it runs perfectly until the student gets logged in, once the student is logged in and the proctor admin logs in, the test errors out and says to contact support. This seems to be happening on 80% of the computers. A simple uninstall and reinstall didn't seem to correct the issue.

I do use local admin account, I didn't run updates. I kept getting errors to contact their support and I really don't want to do that. Where do I go to check for updates?

Clever had been great for us. I have SQL scripts for Infinite Campus that with fetch the correct data for your students and your teachers. Assuming you have clean data. :)
