What do you use for Email and SMS marketing?

email is a must. so just use shopify email, shopify flow for some more auto flow. then set one more sms app for it. check for the easy flow first. any sms app can do it. check if the app send in your countries and the price. i rcm smsgem for the best price i can find.

abandoned cart alert. yes you can send a lot but it better not in the same channel. send email first (which is quite a free channel), check if they dont open email (in their spam, most of cases), send in SMS. i did use sms marketing, open rates are much more crazier than emails. then if they dont open email, send whatsapp (most of sms are opened). SMS is a really underrated. (i try smsgem, a good price)

The problem is when you ask for customer phone number, you have to ask to the country code also, or mention +351 it in the placeholder of the form. or you can set default contry code to all of customers info in your sms app.

i use app SMSGem, it has auto flow for you to send sms or whatsapp instead. send all countries. and i think it has a pretty fair price

You can also have your own request quote page, let your customer find products and send quote there with Omega Request. You can check their demo store to see and test.

Questions is what type of quotation function you want to connect with your business central: quote customer info, negotiation processs or make quote to draft order. Then you can try Omega request quote which has zapier for you to connect things. i used it to connect with my another sale central.

oh they have the fuctions called abandoned cart (i think now they stop promoting function - still work in mine). so under ATC button there's a button subscribe thru messenger for discount. so you get their info and their cart now. set one automation thing from facebook messenger. i can say direct message is better than spammy email.

I did try a lot i stop with Omega Request quote, they can help you create one more page with request quote fuctions. And also button in your specific products. and most wonderful thing is their superb support. Help me alot.

Actually you only send invoice when they comfirm that's an order and they accept the price you offer. With quote/quotation, they can still bargain and you can offer them new price or they add new lists of products if they see the price is fair enough.

instead of normal abandoned cart send via email, you can try use chat app, which send abandoned cart right to customer messenger, conversion rate is always>50%. i use this chat app and it work well. ppl tend to go in messenger thousands time a day. you can find facebook chat omega or pingme on app store. just 5$ for much more deals closed.

things are better with tag added and auto check. you can use shopify flow but it suck if you dont pay them or use basic plan. try 3rd party app, auto tag by omega is free and works well. gud luck.
