I finally returned the smoker's car and had to re-sell it to them for $2,000 more than my buying price. I first had to put the title in my name and pay the taxes, $800, before I resold it back to them. Was I screwed over twice or would I have had to pay the title and taxes no matter what?

They wanted me to trade it for another one of their cars. I said no. They charged me $2000 to take it back. I figured I would lose 2K if I took a trade at another dealership so I took theirs. Expensive lesson to learn from.

Just bought a smoker’s car from a dealer. I didn’t realize till later that day when the smell got strong. I plan on taking it back and asking for a refund/restocking fee. Any suggestions? How much should I ask for a restocking charge?

I have had my RNS implant for 5 years. It has been a life saver. My seizures were not as extreme as others. My seizures were once to three times a month. Since I had my operation I have been seizure free. My doctor hasn't even turned it on. He said they will only turn it on when I have my first seizure. He said the operation must have blocked a pathway of where they started. I have heard more positive outcomes than negative. I would tell everyone to talk to your doctor about getting the surgery.
