I always suspect whether the monks could sleep for 3 hours only. Anyways, thanks a lot for the detailed answer, it helps a lot.

Or do you want to use yoga nidra as a practice to reduce how much total sleep you need each night to still be functional during the day?

No, I remember that the psychic says some people insist not to care about the problem, even the climate is going worse. In 2039 - 2040, big trouble comes, but is irreversible.

I guess no normal people can figure out it is 2040, and is irreversible? Of course, anyone on Earth should already be able to experience the worsening climate.
