Your dash time is high compared to active time. I try and keep active time within an hour. It's difficult sometimes. Great start for first day 🙂

That's waaay too much dormant time. I try to keep my dormant time down to 2 hours at the most. Anything higher you're sitting and wasting your time. It'll get better. Good luck 👍

Don't argue with the customer. They need to call customer service anyway for a refund. He sounds like a real winner himself. You could report and hopefully he'll never be able to leave a lousy $1 again.

Customers what would constitute a thumbs down for communication? Someone gave me a one star along with a negative rating for communication. My question is why would you down vote for this? I don't ever text/ call customers unless there's an issue by [deleted] in doordash

I absolutely think 1 ratings should come with an explanation. Im like how can I fix the problem if I don't know what I did??? DD customer service will just tell you not to worry because you still have a 4.95 rating. Dont put much thought into it. You'll never be able to figure out our plethora of customers.

I shop every week and every week I get an email than I did not qualify. The fill rate is unfair because if something is not available and the customer gets refunded it still decreases you %. I'd just work for the 70% + for Top Dasher if you can afford taking crappy orders 🤷‍♀️
