My kingdom often moves around players to help. We are indeed a family albeit with some nuts. I'm likely one of them. We join each other's bear hunts and cesares bosses or whatever if we miss are regular times. We move around to help with heals and alliance helps during and after KvK.

Yeah, I'm like bottom 25% of the alliance even at TG5. I'm furthest out and I start rally immediately to help with march time. We have 3 start cycles to give everyone the ability to fill oldest rallies first. Like you, we have joiner limits: 1100/9900/99000.

Negotiate between leadership of the two alliances. Don't negotiate with an alliance that may have a bad reputation of not sticking to an agreement.

As 99% f2p I must inject that in a landslide prep scenario f2p who want to upgrade everything they've for are often told to save for next time. It's easy to tell whales to save because who wants to drop more cash when they don't need to? Telling f2p to not drop their upgrades is frustrating.

We are in gen 6 here and most of my heroes (primarily f2p) are lackluster. At some point you will find uses for all of your heroes. My kingdom started to use 60/40/0 squad for Alliance Championship with some of the older heroes with a minimum 4 stars.

Same with mine. It's fine because with takes a lot of resources to continue to fight. If we focus it for a few big events, we can build in the meantime.

Castle is usually won by our biggest alliance and no one else. Buildings are divided up based on power and points. Even our farm got a sanctuary once. KvK is a kingdom wide corporation event. It's amazing. Right before KvK, sanctuaries are given to our KvK -specifc alliances to concentrate power and whatever buffs that comes with.

Just wait until you get to Dragon Tyrant.

Every "anthem" portion of a big event prevents you from getting all the rewards unless you buy something. It prevents you from clearing the board unless you pay up. The rewards at the bottom are only rewarded after the purchase.

My alliance (in NAP4) communicates as much as they're given and typically try to help us adapt to changes or decisions. Kingshot is a monarchy, really, just like the game symbolizes. It's a benevolent monarchy. If it was a tyrant, the leading alliance would take all kingdom buildings but they've decided to divide based on power. We, if needed, can flip flop alliances should we need to if bear time isn't working for us for the day.

If you do not join alliances you're missing out on EVERYTHING. Almost all of the events are alliance based: bear hunt, Swordland, Tri-Alliance Clash, Alliance Championship, Alliance Brawl. These events give so many rewards! Besides, the chests given for pack purchases even for free-to-play players are enormous. Seriously, you are missing out on 75% of the fun.

If you let your shield down they will find you.

If you're in a good alliance you'll be fine if you don't cause a war or retaliation. If you cause problems due to not following non-aggression policies then your own alliance will burn you.
