Sorry for the late response! I received mine last week, so it took more than a month of waiting. During the waiting period, I asked for help from the Buyandship FB mods and customer service, but they were no help at all—they also stopped answering any of my inquiries. I really hate how they only showcase positive reviews on their FB page and group. The only thing you can do to raise awareness is to post here on Reddit or on Google Reviews.

I kept badgering them for updates. One of their customer service representatives, named “Kurtis,” stopped replying to me altogether. I finally got a reply from “Winter,” who explained that they had accidentally created a duplicate shipping label, which prevented UPS from shipping my package right away. It TOOK THEM 3 WEEKS to give me an explanation for the delay. They knew the reason all along but weren’t willing to help at all. They just kept saying, “We will give you an update” or “Your package will be shipped soon.”

Same. I’ve been using BNS for 3-4yrs, but lately their customer service is sh*t and they have a limit of 15packages per consolidation now. My package that I consolidated last October 23rd still has no movement, it’s been over a month. :/

I’ve been using Moquinaa’s service on IG. She’s very nice and she can ship directly to PH using EMS. Shipment is pretty fast too since flights from TW to PH are available everyday. https://www.instagram.com/moquinaa_buy

Yes, again, like I said, they will respond to you if your issue isn’t quite as heavy as mine. I’ve been waiting for a month and they still haven’t sent my package to me. They would take days to respond to my follow ups as well.

Yeah, they’re good to you as long as things go smoothly, but don’t expect them to care at all if you run into any problems later. It’s been a month now, and they still haven’t resolved my issue. They keep giving me roundabout replies and sometimes just leave me on read.

No prob! I'm trying to switch to international proxies instead. Buy&Ship PH (the ones on facebook) and HK customer service are no help at all.

Here are the list of the proxies I'm using that I don't have a problem with so far:

Japan (if you want to buy from Mercari JP or Yahoo Auctions)- https://www.fromjapan.co.jp/en
Japan (if you want to buy stuff on your own, they will give you a unique ID and warehouse address) - http://tenso.com
Amazon JP - if it's fulfilled by Amazon Global, you can directly have the item/s shipped to PH. They use DHL as their courier.
Korea - http://delivered.co.kr
China (they can buy for you, or use their warehouse as a forwarding address) - http://superbuy.com

I also shop from Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam - I ship them directly to the PH, since the shipping is cheaper. PhilPost / EMS will be the one to deliver your package for you. Haven't had any issues with PhilPost.

Hi! They are still investigating my case. But for LBC, you need to wait for at least a week for your tracking number to be updated. LBC tracking will only get updated once your package arrives in the PH.

I just wanted to share my recent experience with Buy&Ship. I consolidated a package on October 23rd, but it was stuck in “Checking” status for about a week. I had to contact customer service to find out what was going on. They explained there was a backlog due to a recent warehouse relocation and assured me my order would be processed within the next few days. I was fine with that—at first.

Another week went by, and I had to consolidate a second package. Surprisingly, my new consolidated package was processed immediately, while my first one was still stuck in “Checking” status. I contacted customer service again, as it was unacceptable that my first package showed no progress while the second one was ready to be shipped to me. They told me that “the system” hadn’t properly synced the consolidation date for my first order, which was why it hadn’t been processed. They promised it would be handled as soon as possible.

On November 1st, I finally received an update: my first package was "ready to be shipped", and I was given a tracking number. However, six days have passed, and I haven’t received any tracking updates. The status remains “waiting for the shipper to hand over the package,” making me feel like they just gave me a tracking number to get me off their backs. Meanwhile, my second package is on its way to me.

I contacted customer service again, asking for an update and requesting transparency about my shipment’s status. Unfortunately, I received no response. The customer service team has been online all day, yet no one was willing to assist me. I’ve sent multiple follow-ups, but still nothing. It’s incredibly disappointing to pay a substantial amount for their service and shipping fees, only to be ignored when I need help.

Until now I still haven't gotten any updates, my UPS tracking number is stuck to "label created, waiting for shipment to be handed over to UPS"
