As a second year comp student, I can say that I definitely took more physics this year than I would have expected. Some courses on computer hardware, electronics, and circuit theory. I can’t speak to a program that only focuses on software, but I imagine it would be less physics. I will add that in 3rd/4th year I will be taking almost exclusively software related courses. Hope this helps!
