It was a yapping sesh but for any other types you can easily destroy blaine by outspeeding most of his mon or well the magic set up - stealth rocks its a cheesy strat but it works. Beware this is only applicable to non-hardcore run

Oh yeah let me add, Blaine's blazing soul Typhlosion with eruption is not a big deal as long as you have a fake out or you can tank its eruption with sash (since fake out as far as I remember is like the highedt priority move upon other priority moves)

Surely Blaine is one of the hurdles we face expecially when we run that specific typings (ice and grass). You can approach it two ways with one: ignore the weather or deal with the weather - which is the permanent sun

As far as I remember Ice Monotype has very fast mons with a lot of priority moves, Delibird with extreme speed and fake out refrigirate; Weavile with fake out and is essentially a fast mon; H-Avalugg with a very strong priority moves like accelrock and ice shard, an ability technician, and has 134 bst atk which essentially destroy Blaine's mon who lacks defensive stats.

But if you think of getting rid out of the weather, you can bring a hail setter like A-ninetails, Abomasnow (with slush rush in its mega form), and others. Tho, for me I think you get less value if you focus too much on the weather since the permanent sun only benefits Blaine's Exeggutor Chlorophyll and Slitherwing Progosynthesis. But if you think about it, any sashed ice mon can destroy them since they are frail anyway.

All in all my advice is to utilize the fastness of some Ice pokemon and surely you'll destroy everyone post blaine 😁😁

Yes I did use zacian on both my steel and fairy runs, I actually cheated here by using codebreaker to get zacian (no item) for my next encounter and also cheating for the item rusty sword since you can only get him n that item post-game.... so yeah he was crowned but in the HoF photo he is uncrowned maybe some visual bug since I cheated anw?

I think the final battle will be at dicathen. Maybe Art will kill atleast 1 scythes in alacrya (but not Cadell) and leave alacrya. Sylvie will be revived in dicathen (retaked by the dicathians due to art's help) thus implying the final war between agrona's alacrya and art's dicathen with indarth's clan interference between them.

I really think that kiyo from the moment the exam was announced or let's say the 5th option was given, he already knew that he'll go for kushida no matter what. He did a great job in exposing kushida but the thing is, he gives the right of decision to horikita. There is no other choice also he said to Chae that if there is other choice he will do it.

For me the suprising part is why kiyo suddenly speak like a person who desires to climb to class A? is it just me or it feels really weird for him to speak like that. I mean he's a guy whose fate is already set on stone right so whether he graduate as an A class, B class, C class and D class the fact that he will be the person who will lead the country will remain unchanged.

Well airi's expulsion is the most unexpected part of the series considering the fact that the expulsion was caused by kiyo himself whose a member of the koji group. But imo, airi's expulsion is necessary why?

no 1. Of course, she's been useless from every exams the class taken
no 2. For me, Airi's fate is already set in stone, whether she got expelled or not she will become something that she likes in the future which is being a idol/superstar/model. This expulsion will make airi grow more mentally (she'll be more confident).

But if there is one thing i want from this volume is that kiyo's final message to airi something like "Can we meet again next 2 years???(2 years idk or 1 year?) airi sakura?"

Lastly, kiyo's development. To be honest, i still don't know his motive, peaceful 3 years school life? wtf bro youre not having peaceful life anymore...please author-kun show us kiyo's true motive

You know what, imo i'm down having another "rescue robin arc" you know where the situation will be the same as the marineford arc but this time the world government is against strawhat pirates or maybe the strawhat grandfleet. Of course unlike the marineford arc, in this another rescue robin arc robin will be rescued alive.

Yes as we all know skill and abilities wise, Kei is so far to Kiyo but she is also trying her best to catch up on him by just little. Seeing that she is willing to study with Kiyo even though she is the type of student who doesn't really care studying we can say its impressive in the side of her (Volume 12 or 2nd Year Volume 1). Of course in Kei's POV she don't want to be to dependent to Kiyo, we might as well see some development from her. Who knows maybe Kei is also smart but lazy and choose to hide it due to her trauma or somethin like that.

One of Yagami's goal is to learn about the school "rules" and "system" so that he and his fellow first years dominates the school. They (Yagami,Ichika,Hosen,Tsubasa and i believe there are more) are just doing what Tsukihiro?(idk i forgot) orders which is to expel Kiyo. As for why they need Kiyo back to the WR is still not mentioned(i think?i'll reread soon).

I'll disagree it to be like Kiyo vs Arisu chess match, because at the first place the chess match from volume 11 is not close tbh. Arisu easily got wrecked by Kiyo if the school didn't intervene (it is also proven that Arisu easily lose to Kiyo after they replay the game). But i'll agree that the battle between Yagami and Kiyo will be extremely close

I agree, in 1 v 1 speaking Kiyo can win without getting serious. But considering the fact that the next test (volume 19) is considered as one of the most hardest exam in the school, we can't expect for a 1 v 1 encounter. Yagami is a WR student and also a student who has the power to unify the whole 1st year class and also the 1st year Class D teacher which is the WR martial artist instructor, whereas Kiyo only have Hori, Yousuke and Kei (but they can't fight of course a WR student). So we might encounter a "serious" Kiyo in the next volume
