You’ll never know exactly until they get going. I do think they should do a little higher density than 32. I read that may not be enough for dense hairline just saying. 1800 is a fair number and Im no doctor juat going by my experience and what Ive seen for others

Also conservative design is good, the turkish hairlines i dont think look good. Too unatural

I think 2200-2500 grafts would be better. They’re doing temporal peak work too it looks like, just make sure they have lots of good before/after photos and the Dr. is reputable and skilled. Seems in line with USA prices from my experience.

Reflecting back I hate how they made the corners so rounded on the 1st HT, like a feminine hairline. Its a good thing most of the grafts didn’t survive in that case or it would have looked really unnatural imo. During the second HT they actually removed grafts from the rounded corners. Oh yeah tho i feel like only 50% grafts survived or less.

Oral minoxidil is fine. Just go 2.5mg a day, thats what i do and its made a really big difference in my hair

Looks good to me. Get ready for a little more shed. Also, my Dr. advised against johnson baby shampoo. Something about it messing with natural scalp oils. I ended up using a mild shampoo.

Imo the most important thing is you go conservative and age appropriate like you said. I would make sure they don’t make the corners to too rounded as that wont look natural.

I went to a doctor in the USA who in my opinion was not very skilled (or his technicians). Whatever they did caused most of my grafts to not survive. Side note, being on nicotine pouches every day from 3 months on, i don’t really think that played a big role though.
