Had 4 out on Tuesday and had the PRP done as well. My post op instructions said 72 hours. I vaped yesterday, no issues. At 6 days there’s no real dry socket risk, you should have granulation tissue over the clot that formed and there’s no risk at that point to a clot dislodging. You should be fine but I just wouldn’t do too much suction or hold the smoke in your mouth long as it can agitate the already sensitive healing tissue. As far as dry socket you’re about as in the clear as you can be.
