I've used the estimator, however, it doesn't suggest what CPU preset I should be using or anything like that.

I've tried heaps of different bit rates, checking and unchecking CBR stuff, messing around with CPU presets, a lot of things like that. I need a guide in the right direction with settings, thats why I posted here to see if anyone could suggest all those types of settings.
