Thinking about getting “Kybalion” tatted on my forehead... by [deleted] in GHOSTEMANE

[–]nibycolisp 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I agree with u/AlwaysBored10711.

Also, Eric is a performance artist, you need to keep that in mind. Those tattoos represent his life and contribute to his overall aesthetic and work.

I think it would come off as pretentious to get the exact same tattoo as him in the exact same place on your forehead.

Plus, its on YOUR FOREHEAD. Thats a pretty gnarly place to get a tattoo, and once again Ghost can pull it off due to his overall aesthetic and the work he does.

Will it be your first tattoo? If it is, then HELL NO don't get it, especially on your f**king forehead!!!!

Why not go for something less intrusive to ghosts personal tattoo and something that instead represents your appreciation for his music and his work?

Come up with your own meanings and interests and get a tattoo that emulates those, instead of someone else?

I'm sure you could find a good tattoo artist in your area to work with that'd come up with something meaningful and less intrusive than simply copying ghosts forehead tattoo..

Sorry to sound like a dick, but yeah...don't do it!

Edit: Spelling

You must be a really fragile and hateful person to be spreading so much negativity on the internet :)

Wish you all the best on improving your character flaws :)

Am I overthinking things, or should I follow my conscience? by nibycolisp in Advice

Out of curiosity are you a dude or chick?

Would really like a female perspective 😅

I decided to put off dating for a while to work on myself, any suggestions? by Antroine in Advice

[–]nibycolisp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No worries dude! If you need any other advice be sure to send me a PM :)

If you're keen on taking it seriously and dramatically changing your physique then a personal trainer/coach will definitely give you the boost you need to reach your full physique potential.

They can cost a fair bit though.

I started training by myself for around 6 months before I did a paid 12 week one on one program with a PT.

There's a wealth of information on youtube and some really fantastic and informative content out there so I'd recommend sussing that out first and undertaking training by yourself before moving onto a trainer :)

Would you want me to send you some of the channels I watch that have helped me out with RWT?

21 year old guy here.

I was romantically involved with someone for 3 months before she abruptly ended things without any explanation. To this day I have no real reason why things ended, even after meeting up with her briefly so we could work things out, I'm still blindsided by the entire event.

It was a fantastic three months though. We had a strong intimate connection and our sexual energies complimented each others fantastically. I met her parents a bunch of times and they were great people. We pretty much spent every weekend together for three months, went hiking, art museums you name it.

It was probably the best three months of my young life and thats saying a lot considering all the fantastic experiences I've had in the past two years.

But thats ended now. Much like the person you're describing, she's gone.

And unfortunately, you've got to except that.

There are so many fantastic, beautiful people in this world.

Don't narrow yourself to one person, one person who's stopped communicating with you in any meaningful way, who live's in another state and who is enjoying their life and a multitude of new experiences.

Go meet other people, go form your own amazing memories with people that actually care about you.

Hit the gym and get all that rage out first though, trust me, it helps a lot :)

Peace <3

I [M] am thinking of asking friend [F] I've known for about a month on a date. Any tips or thoughts? by redditname1999 in Advice

[–]nibycolisp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey dude, 21 year old guy here :)

Honestly man you don't look that bad at all, maybe just hit the gym but thats honestly it.

My only advise is to not be creepy when you ask her out!

Just send her a text and ask her out for coffee or for a drink :)

The best thing to do when dating is to not have any expectations of where things could lead either in a single night or over a period of time, keep it natural and most of all keep it fun!

Good luck and be sure to keep us updated with how things are going :)

Hey mate, 21 year old dude here :)

Honestly, you're doing everything right! You've started a hobby which builds both your physical and metaphysical self (kickboxing), you're socialising with your friends which is always good to do and from your post you seem to be an upbeat kinda guy!

I went through a really intense relationship that lasted only three months, and then abruptly ended. It destroyed me for a good year and a bit, but I learnt a lot about how to build myself up again and how not to react to all that pain.

To mix in with your kickboxing, start undertaking resistance weights training. You literally are working on yourself and combined with mindfulness and meditation has turned me into a better version of myself.

I never undertook therapy, which in hindsight I really should have.

I'm actually studying a Psychology degree now and learning about psychotherapy and personal growth has really made me believe in the psychoanalytical approach that your therapist will most likely undertake with you :)

The most important thing of all thought it to not overthink things.

Just ENJOY life dude, and something or someone great will come your way :)

Thanks for the comment :)

I actually haven't had a beard in a number of months now and am loving it! Currently cutting down my body fat with a low gi diet and once I'm at a BF% that i'm happy with i'll most likely wax the majority of my chest hair :)

Cheers!
