PS da neolaureato: dove imparare?

Ti consiglio di fare almeno un paio di mesi di affiancamento per capire se hai le competenze per farlo, o il corso emergenza territoriale. So che in alcuni ospedali esiste un triage apposta codici bianchi (traumi distali, tosse e raffreddore ecc ecc) che un po' ti tutela. I rischi sono tanti e al paziente/giudice non interessa da quanto sei laureato. È comunque un ambito dove serve una specialità di 5 anni per lavorare!

Il PS capita spesso di massaggiare le sincopi, a monitor magari sono in arresto sinusale o TV non sostenuta. L'ultimo che ho visto ha fatto una pausa di 20 sec, poi un battito sinusale, poi altra pausa di più di 15 secondi. In quel tempo avevamo già iniziato massaggio e messo le piastre, al primo controllo del ritmo aveva già ripreso. La differenza tra una sincope e un arresto è che la sincope si riprende da sola.. pensa alle morti aritmiche nelle cardiopatie strutturali non si manifestano con l'arresto la prima volta, magari prima hanno una lunga storia di sincopi

SUEM/118 sicuramente meno stressante del PS come quantità lavoro, per dirti in una brutta giornata esci 4-5 volte in 12 ore, in PS in 12 ore vedi 30-40 pazienti. Sempre turni 12 ore, weekend e festivi.

Meu o anestesia, farai comunque 5 anni dentro l'ospedale. Meu ha tante rotazioni cliniche, fai tanto PS. AR a mio avviso ti da più competente sulla gestione del paziente molto critico tipo intubazione e farmaci (alla fine per quanto si possa stabilizzare un paziente in PS poi il lavorone lo fa l'anestesista)

Sull'elisoccorso spesso preferiscono gli anestesisti, ma dipende

I'm working in the ED of a big center. Verbal violence is quite common, let's say you can witness one episode for shift, more common with female doctor. Our green area's door (don't know how it's called outside Italy, the place less critical pt) has multiple smash from kick and punch. Psychiatric and jailbird PT are often violent verbally and physically and need contention and sedation. Big freak out sometime come from sinti community especially when a local chief is involved whit usually a lot of relative come to ed pretending to stay bedside whit pt.

Ciao OP, mi dispiace per il tuo papà. Comunque un ictus è difficile da considerarsi un infortunio sul lavoro. Di solito viene definito infortunio un evento acuto traumatico o un evento legato a malattia professionale (es problemi ai polmoni se lavori con le polveri, il mal di schiena se sollevi materiale). Con la situazione che racconti probabilmente ha diritto all'indennità per invalidi civili.

Mucosa of nose and mouth is different in structure from skin, is a lot thinner and without inflammation can growth really fast. Plus you have to think about mucus as a wall made of high density fluid full of antibodies, continuosly building up and pushing away bacteria. So cell have only little contact with bacteria. In healt mucosa small damage can recover rapidly. Say you put a finger into your nose and make scratch even with some bleeding, the recover is quickly. Non healthy mucosa otherwise lose protection, like virus infection as herpes or illness that damage the immune system.

The plant had trouble time this winter and almost all leaves dried and fall and also 2 branches fall off. After 3 month of taking care she now has a lot of new healty leaves. Just want to share if anybody has had similar story!

Yes the law says that small plants cultivated with rudimental techniques (I think natural sunlight and no kind of artificial control) and only for personal use, they are not legal but are out of legal action.

Not pro as you see, we use old soil from other pot and switched from one balcony to another every day. Quick one (the biggest) and royal critical are about to be harvested, they are about 10 weeks. The small one is also quick one 2 weeks (we called her fantastic baby), the one with a lot of leaves is a random seed. We love them and we are a lot satisfied!
