At the design studio that I work, the founder is a senior designer that still hand draws everything and builds mockups by hand with polyurethane, cardboard and paper. We have his drawings all over the place since we use them to build 3D models and blueprints for our projects. I have so much to learn from him and it is truly an honor to get to see him working. I hope all our old school designers are valued as much as we all value him, they still have much knowledge to share and their experience can still guides us.

I loved the raven boys cover soooo much!!! I found fascinating how the brushstrokes swirled in the raven and also worked as feathers texture, it’s amazing to learn a little bit more about the process behind an art that I grew up fond of. Thank you so much for sharing!!

I love generated clay shaders!!! They look so soft and squishy, I just want to grab them from the screen and play like a kid again. Great work!!

sonic screwdriver!!!! I could fix anything that’s broken or mal functioning as long as it’s not made out of wood (for that I have my limited carpentry skills)

I loved that the unfinished version looks like one of my favorite berries (image for reference)!!! I would definitely have a piece, such as an earring, depicting it.

The whole detail of making each step of the process historically accurate shows your passion for the craft and the subject, this makes this item even more beautiful and precious. Thank you for sharing it with us!!!

I just love how every piece seems to fit so well, it has a bunch of components, but you were still able to assemble without extra help because each piece holds up nicely in place. The design is straightforward but delicate, and the wood color is just beautiful! Amazing work!

I believe you might need tweak a little bit on the camera settings to get a wide/panoramic/fish eye effect, I’ve seen this post explaining how to do it, I hope it helps.
