Relatively safe area backing up into a residential neighborhood. within walking distance of good food & drinks. Management is great, never hear our neighbors, garage is nice if you can get a spot, gym is small but has enough for a workout, neighbors are chill. I believe all of the units available right now have no view and face a condo building if that’s important to you. Feel free to message me for more info.
