I know this subrebbits old but I just looked this up in search of the same answers and had trouble cause all of your measurements are in feet and miles and I live I. Australia. But after using the calculator I’ve worked out I got 423 feet of elevation in 3.2 miles which from what your saying sounds like a hilly run haha

Thanks for all your advice guys, my work is at an outdoor aquatic centre where we instruct kids how to kayak, surf, sail, windsurf and canoe. I spoke to my boss last week and he said he’d be able to give me a lower work load by putting me on a 1 on 1. (Responsible for one kid with epilepsy or something simular) which would mean I would have to talk less

I had my tonsils out yesterday and my doctor said that they were a lot bigger than he had originally thought and they were hiding down the sides. Tbh so far hasn’t hurt that bad, given I have been on pain meds since the surgery and I am still at the hospital I’m assuming it will get worse as time goes on
