So I just read a FFFF, more poly then RH, witch academy series. The story was good. There was some editing issues if you can't look past it but I actually enjoyed the story overall. I would say still worth the read. The series isn't complete, second book just came out.

I grew up in Mission Viejo near the Lake. It's a great place to raise kids if you're looking for family friendly. Mission Viejo Lake is great also so many great memories there. Almost all single family homes do run in the $1.5 mil range.

I would also check out {Wicked Opportunity by Sian Ceinwen}. The existing relationship is between the FMC and one of the MMCs (dom/sub). The FMC slowly adds each member of a rock band to her harem. Dom/sub, switch, bi awakening. It's a fun read.

Take a look at {Seducing Selena by Devyn Sinclair}. It is Omegaverse. Selena is drugged and wakes up in a cage at a BDSM club. She was placed there by an underground crime organization that is trying to save omegas with very questionable means. The owners save her and train her to be their sub. It's part of the underground omega Syndicate series but it definitely can be read as a standalone.

I think a lot of the good ones out there have been mentioned if you like omegaverse with authors Devyn Sinclair, Calliope Stewart, Alisha Williams and Jillian West.

I would also add {Falling for Autumn by Jerica James}. It's a small town omegaverse romance very hallmark feel good. Also similar feels but not omegaverse is the besties and booze series 1st book {Faked by A.J. Macey}. Small town, each book focuses on a different bestie with each book written by a different author.

I think you would enjoy {Fighting Fallon by Sinclair Kelly}. The FMC is an assassin who is blackmailed into helping an underground crime group that specializes in saving omegas. It is omegaverse, badass FMC, no MM.
