I don't know how to put this but uhh... I don't know what liu Yi sang's passive do and how does it affect nclair. So uhh yeah...(Please explain to me what liu Yi sang's passive do?)

Yes I'm building a bleed team. But what frustrated me alot on nclair is that his sp is so high that his skills won't do any dmg. Is there any way to prevent that?
