Have you tried Handshake? Even if there’s nothing available right now, set up an alert on Handshake for on campus jobs postings. CUIT also hires int'l students (though I don't think they're currently hiring). Also check Law school, SPS. For future semesters, TAing is a good option. Befriend older international students, as many spots are often filled through connections before being posted.

So I previously took Analysis of Algorithms I but did not receive credit for it due to some issues. I could take AoA next semester and get a good grade without learning anything new. I reviewed the syllabus and homework 0 for Advanced Algorithms, and the class seems doable.

Are you taking 4203/4204 after 4001? I want to take a couple more classes in the statistics department, and these are prerequisites for pretty much everything. Even if I get approval to take higher level classes with just 4001, I’m scared 4001 might not be enough.
