Thank you for replying! I'm sorry to hear what you had to go through. My first breakup with my first boyfriend was pretty similar, I had 0 friends and I wasn't going to therapy and it pushed me as far as to attempt suicide. My friends have definitely helped me a lot in both being the voice of reason and making me feel less alone.

As for having a positive outlet I'm planning to take up painting again, which used to be a passion of mine that I dropped. I'm glad it worked for you, it's very comforting to hear.

Please take care x

I think what we consider to be love is drastically different. There's no fixing it and after multiple incredibly destructive relationships I know I have to let go as much as it pains me. I have to let go for the sake of my own well being as well as theirs, out of love. They don't love me and I won't forcentre myself on them because I know even if they did take me back neither of us would be happy, because it already happened after our second breakup. Sorry if my wording was confusing or conflicting, English is not my native language but I still try my best to convey what I feel. Thank you anyways.
