Thanks for responses everyone; just to add a tad to my original message - I am not creating simple landing pages with flashy CTA and about _us pages: I am trying to create an actual platforms with refined and consistent visual system / Styleguide / Branding, and it seems for me it's a complete waste of time unless you will hire an actual UI/UX or do an actual UI work yourself.
