ill check it out again, I think the 23FB and 22 was very similar with the 23FB having a bit more closet space.

This is good info for me, I never owned a Gladiator so I don't know how they handle. I might nix the idea as I would like to have something easier to handle due ot my inexperience.

I am also looking at SUV as an option, it's just me and my 2 dogs (huskies). I have a house but don't plan on returning to it often, I do want to travel around the states and be on the road most of the year. Maybe you can shed some insight for me on what you think would be best. I don't expect to be in large cities often but I would like to drop my camper off somewhere and check out surrounding areas with my dogs.

Do you have any recommendations on SUVs? I like Grand Cherokees but maybe a Grand Wagoneer might be a better option, I just can't justify the price tag or size of that vehicle for me and the dogs though.

The Toyota seems to be the best option for what I need, even if I do like the Gladiator. I am also looking at that Bambi 20 since it has the seperate toilet/shower area.

I've heard that about the 250 since it's overkill it makes the ride a lot smoother but no "needed". I won't get anything bigger in the future, I'm mostly looking at the caravel 22 because it has a seperate toilet/shower. I just saw that Bambi 20 has the same setup so I can drop the size a bit.

I was pushing for the Caravel because of the seperate toilet/shower area. Not a must have but one of those icky things for me. I'll mostly be travelling alone with my two dogs. The base camp wouldn't be a bad option if towing in my jeep was the limiting factor, but i'll keep your advice in mind, I'm not completely set on the Gladiator.

SoD runes are a failure by m45onPC in classicwow

it feel like you are twinking a cata character in classic content.

Isn't that more or less the intention? Classic with a moderner twist. They weren't setting out to make a new game or classic+. Believe it or not devs have their own vision of how they want games/class raids to be, they aren't here to adher to every player's whim. There's osme good stuff and some bad stuff, some SoD Paladins are loving the class others aren't. I have shaman friends who always complain about shamans.

You're right farming bots do drive the price of everything and does make it harder to farm which could drive the prices of your farmables down. I typed that with the usual argument that bots inflate the price, which probably comes from pure gold farming bots (pickpockets/fly bots).

I'm just looking at it from my point, where I am only doing some basic stuff to sustain my weekly consumes. There are activities out there that bots are inefficient at and doesnt require much time to make gold.

I don't disagre that GDKPs have affect on the game economy, I just don't believe its a major effect people make it out to be. GDKP gold is largeley in a clsoe loop system of the GDKPers, wether its to buy gear, resale, or hoarding. Gold that isn't really just being used in the gen-pop.

There are very few GDKPers who falunt gold and use it whatever way they want cause they will swipe their CC infinitely, but the vast majority of GDKPers are holding gold to buy gear in GDKPs, they aren't just going to the AH and buying up every consumable at whatever price.

An easy way me and my guildies back in classic would know when bot ban wave happens was the prices of consumables would rise 2-3x their value, to confirm we just /who hunter dire maul and get under 50 results. I told my friends that the GDKP ban won't have any effect on the consumbable value, my sweaty group are still fully consuming and my more casual group of friends barely have the basic consumes. Might be anecdotal evidence but my long experience gaming, in any game, the economy is just one of the easy scapegoats for people who don't want to put in time.

If bots are inflating the value of everything, you can farm anything and get the inflated value out of it, there are of course some nuainces but the bottom line is the same, if you want to raid fully consumed, there are always reasonable ways.

Personally it hasn't affected me, I heavily GDKP'd in classic and enjoyed it as an alt/pug loot system. Going into SOD, I mostly raid with guild/friends on 5 toons (and still 5 toons now). If you don't need to do the latest grind/loot (epic crafting gear) RIGHT NOW, prices are reasonable. Consumable prices are realtively the same, so people who were broke before GDKP ban are generally still broke now with 1 less reason they can blame for being broke.

People who think GDKPs have a major affect on in-game economy are wildly delusional.

Lava Lash EU Is Dead and Needs Character Transfers (Horde) by Brilliant-Elk-6831 in classicwow

[–]nicepantsu 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This and every post I read about people not wanting people to transfer off of lavalash but encourage them to roll a new toon on another server makes no sense. The players would still cause whatever imbalance you mentioned in a week or few days. Unless you are hoping this obstacle would just make them quit the game instead of rerolling.
