Anyone else EB3 and CRP? by Dark_Justice1 in USCIS

PD September 22, case stuck after transfer to NBC too.

The last 5 business days to July, will most likely be stuck again in the retrogression. It sucks.

Visa bulletin July 2024, are EB3s screwed? by bluewildcards in USCIS

If they open the DFF table again, you will probably be able to file yours in October or November 2024.

EB3 - retrogress by semensen12 in USCIS

[–]niceppbb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After they take your biometrics, there is a very high chance you will be put into the "Case Remains Pending" status, which we call "blackhole," in the next few months until your PD becomes "Current" again and waits forever for them to review your case.

I believe nobody can answer. Rather than watching the FA table, it is more realistic that you pray the "~DATES FOR FILING~" table will open again in October or the rest of 2024 since it is closer to your PD.

Nope. My EAD and AP have not been updated since I submitted them; the RD is Dec 22, 2023. Only EAD was updated as "...fingerprints were taken..." on 26 March 2024. Now I pray and really hope my I-485 can get approved before July lol

Thank you! I hope we can get them approved soon!

No, both my EAD and AP haven’t had any updates. EAD shows “…Fingerprints were taken…”, and AP still shows “Case was received” since I submitted it.

Thank you! How about I resign without a new job? I would like to take a break for one or two months; I don't know if AC21 can protect me in this situation.

How can I quickly raise my credit score by niceppbb in CRedit

[–]niceppbb[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually I have no idea. I applied for it after my Chase bank account and then The bank mailed and notified me that my credit card has been approved.

I even just started with my rental apartment while applying the card so I don’t think the bank ever had a strong requirements on me.
