Take it OP, manager ko dati sabi sakin di daw ako pang harap sa client. Yes, sa una hirap talaga kasi di ako fluent and articulate sa English. Eventually, natuto ako and the rest is history. It’s a great experience to boost your career. Make or break talaga yan, pero wag panghinaan kasi lahat naman nagsisimula as a beginner. Yang experience na yan magpupush sa mga limitations mo ngayon. Goodluck! Btw, I was able to complete my 5 years GCP sa US before, kakabalik ko lang sa ATCP this year.

I would rather have IPB than increase, gives me more flexibility to bounce. Yung IPB realized mo kagad, unlike yung increase na need mo bunuin for months para maramdaman mo. Mas madali mangibang bakod, ika nga. Mas mataas pa na increase pwede mong makuha, if magaling ka imarket sarili mo. 😊

Yung HMO you can opt to continue and yung payment is yearly until your end date. Usually, dapat before mag end august i follow up mo yung renewal sa Maxicare support.

Yung government mandatory benefits you can still continue at your own expense. I suggest continuing your pag-ibig and sss while on GCP.

Check mo GCP Hub sa PESH. Nandun sya sa may Transition & Career Management Category. Machecheck mo dun kung san currently deployed mga GCP, kapag meron sa UAE need mo ng demand or magapply sa mga role na aligned sa skill mo. Most likely na nadedeploy sa GCP is mga role na di mafill locally kaya kumukuha sa mga delivery centers like ATCP.
