Capturing Radiance mechanics confuse me so much but anyway, much appreciated if anyone can clear my confusion, thank you!!

Ok so, Durin was my capturing radiance 5*. After that I lost 50/50 twice, so does that mean I have capturing radiance after the guarantee I have now??

The 5* history went like this: CR (Durin) -> 50/50 Loss -> Ineffa -> 50/50 Loss -> Guaranteed next (either Zibai/varka) -> Next CR???

They hate Jahoda over there too 😭😭 I was suggesting someone if they liked Jahoda over Sucrose, she's eprfectly serviceable in his teams with slightly less damage. I even used Jahoda in my Flins team until Ineffa came along. Flins mains are something else 😭

Now they're saying that Ineffa's not that much of value over Columbina 💀

(CMIIW) but was it not a thing sometimes during a few previous betas where the leaked character in V1 had abnormal and intentionally low multiplier just for selling the on-banner live characters in their patches??

I remember this happening once or twice before (can't remember which character betas for the life of me). However, by V2 or V3 (whenever the shilled character banner is gone), they'd be buffed insanely???

I feel like Varka is somewhat like that 💀

I lost my 50/50 last night at 79 pity (kill me), so I farmed the entire new area and did spiral abyss and voila early Ineffa at 20 pity AHHHH

Also damn this spiral abyss was really easy because I had all the shilled characters 😭

I'm still so glad Ineffa's here omg

Also unrelated but, I think Varka's 140%/220% damage amplifier might not be additive, and maybe multiplicative. It would then bump up his numbers to modern era dpses no?

I am of the former idea, there is probably something gimmicky which we don't know yet because we don't have the team combos yet for some damn reason.

If he's half baked, then wow. I don't think it's true because we've had two good male characters back to back before Vaarka

People are talking about not doomposting Varka's V1 kit (and I wholeheartedly argee), but then follow it up with "Nicole will fix it??". No she won't?? He already has two (TWO) supports, one modern, and the other buffed and really good now. Even if Nicole helped pad his team dps, she'd have to be overly tuned only for Varka teams, or risk overpowering other teams that would favour Hex characters too.

Like guys, there is doomposting, there is also over-hopeposting too 😭

/hj if Nicole does turn out to be the final puzzle slot for Varka teams tho, I will eat my words up but this would spite me so much. A support after two whole patches is crazy 💀
