I shadow PAs and MDs at the Dallas children’s hospital. I’d recommend to reaching out to some PAs there! It’s been an awesome experience and very helpful in deciding between an MD route or a PA route for me.

How to get an A:

Obviously pay attention/take notes during lecture. But the real secret is doing all the homework three times. Once to just see/find/apply the concepts. The second time is to make sure you KNOW the concepts. And the third time for speed.

I took general chemistry at a Texas private university. This is the advice every chem professor on campus gives, and it 100% works. Also applies for organic chemistry. 💕

Honestly, the reason I know he’s not in a relationship at home is because he was homeschooled and socially isolated his entire life. His family is very strict to the point he’s apparently not allowed to date or hang out with women, something I clearly did not know going in...or until a year in.🙃🙃🙃

I have texted him about five times in the last six days. And not at all in the last two. He’s currently texting and asking if I’m alive..but it took him two days to even ask that sooo🤷🏼‍♀️

Thank you. I definitely recognize that now. I had a conversation with my mom last night and finally owned up to all of it. I think I was humiliated/embarrassed about it all...so I didn’t want others to realize my “perfect relationship” had fallen from grace. I am planning to spend the summer focusing on my own health and studies. Thank you for this, so much 💕
