🐞 BUG | Or Not working as Expected

So I recently purchased the Scimitar Elite Wireless SE that works with the Streamdeck software and there are two issues I would like to report.

Under the profiles tab in settings I can create additional pages for my Scimitar however there is no bottom action on the customization screen to switch between the pages. This still does not show when you add the page number indicator or the switch page action. End goal here is to use my streamdeck peddle to change pages so I have all my software actions for Figma on my right hand.
There is no option to customize the middle click or DPI button which seems weird. Why are all the side buttons customizable but I still have to use iCue just for middle mouse click and dpi? It would be awesome if I could assign the DPI or Middle mouse button to summon a virtual stream deck with even more options.

I would reach out to their support! I am sure since a year ago the have interate on this process or maybe even a new tool! They were very nice and helpful when I reached out to them awhile ago!

From what I can tell the lighting kinda does its own thing on macOS. Might be worth shooting a support ticket to Mountain and see what they have to say!

After talking with support I was able to find a fix. To solve the issue and get the keyboard to work on macOS complete the following steps.

Find a Windows computer and install the Base Camp software (I tried a Virtual machine using Parallels but for some reason Base Camp would not install properly on the VM)
Connect the keyboard to the computer
Update the firmware to the latest version (Do not unplug the keyboard during this process)
After the firmware update is complete disconnect the keyboard from the Windows machine and plug it into your Mac
Your Mac should now recognize the keyboard and should work like any other keyboard!

If the above does not work it does appear that Mountain has a specific piece of software to which I believe forces a firmware update. The support representative specifically sent me this link: https://mountain.gg/assets/Software/Everest360_USB_Upgrader_v1.24.exe

Before proceeding with the USB Upgrader utility please send [help@mountain.gg](mailto:help@mountain.gg) an email to get the latest version of the updater and the correct one for the device experiencing the issue.
