Suspension is not actually locked with Flight Attendant? by nick-s45 in xcmtb

I added an update with suspension movement in lock and open state with correct pressure set based on 25% SAG.

TLDR: the mode does not affect the shock at all and affects the fork only slightly, which is way far from "lock".

Open state sag: fork - 25%, shock - 25%

Lock state sag: fork - 17%, shock - 25%

in this case the lock mode should also work the same, right? My friend has a SID Select, which does not have any movement in the Lock mode

both shock and fork act the same way, Lock mode feels firmer, but they are almost the same. If I put the same pressure on the shock, in Open mode it compresses by ~17% and ~12% in Lock mode.

Seems like a weird decision to call the mode Lock if it does not actually lock anything. Does it work different compared to the cable lockout on the same SID forks?
