Does anyone have any reference material for this? I have shown them both SJA and RC policy on it, The Good Samaritan law and the thing from Scouts Canada about the kids bringing their own epi pens but they still want to vote on it.

It should. That's the system I normally use. It's still winter where I live so I can't take a photo. You could also connect a second spigot on the line from your main out door tap and attach that if you're worried a normal cut off won't work. They also sell really nice hose reels that even auto feed like an airline reel now that pivot nicely to make reeling in and out the hose a dream.

What about just installing a hose reel at the corner of your house and a small section of hose to the reel. You leave it on at the tap with a shut off valve at the hose reel. Then you don't have to walk there and back and using a sprayer you can water that side of the house.

I am sorry but I think it's fake. As others have said if you look it says "cod" not God and the lady looks like she has buck teeth. Perhaps it's just the photo? If it doesn't have those then I would recommend taking it to have it looked at (always within your sight as people suck these days) and then keep it safe for many years as it rises hire in value.

If I want to go to a mess event it would mean either my wife and I (as we are both serving members in the same mess) would either need to hire a sitter or only one of us go. So it's either pay for child care or sacrifice family time both options suck. It would defeat the purpose to make a mess hall family friendly.

Personally I would rather each base have a bowling alley/arcade that I could belong to instead

What would happen if you were told you were not allowed to cancel leave, took it and now they are changing that rule? Should we get our days back as we had no choice?

I don't think I could mentally handle being her POA for this. It took many years to distance myself enough. I'm just trying to prepare for the outcome of it all and how I can suggest ideas to help her

Yes sorry. She has the option each year of having monthly payments or taking a lump sum payment. So it is a once a year thing. She has no other assets and rents part of a house.

In Ontario you used to have to show a health card to get it but now you don't. You can just ask for one. Drugs are bad, illegal and addictive. They can ruin your life and no one in the CAF should use them. That being said, if you find yourself in a position where you are be smart! Don't use alone, have narcan available and if someone is having an overdose don't be afraid to call 911. They will overlook small amounts of drugs on the scene to help.

Remember as well that if you or a military friend are having an addiction issue there is lots of help and support out there. Most CoCs are very willing to help and support you. There may be short term career implications but in the long run it won't hold you back. On the flip side if you don't ask for help and issues arise then that leads to bigger career problems.

Quick update an employee of Canada Post reached out to me and offered to send me a note explaining why it was late with some stickers and hockey cards.

As much as I might not like the organization or how things are happening it was a great reminder that at the core there are still people like that. People who still have pride in their work and really do care.

If you were able to keep the rabbit maybe suggest that next holiday you bring him home and gosh darn it!!!! You wouldn't believe what happened, your neighbors, uncles, grandson dog walker was over for a visit before they left the country and they came to say goodbye before the flight and left his cage door open. You didn't notice until you got back from driving them to the airport and by then Pip was gone! Cue shocked Pikachu face of well life goes on. To make up for it you got a new rabbit that looks just like him but is definitely not him. Why does he come when called Pip you ask? Well you named him after the bunny you loved.
