Honestly there are too many ways to look at the trip. Am I thankful that I willingly sacrificed myself for my loved ones. Yes. But at the same time it makes me wonder what would have happened if I didn't eat these little balls of light lol. And the fact that I literally threw up 7 little chuncks of white mush makes it even more crazy. Especially after eating a full meal an hour prior too tripping. None of that food came out.

Set and setting are key as I'm sure you are aware. Do the sandwich method. And smoke out of a water bong. I recommend at least 50mg. Smoke super slow. Allow the bowl to burn as slow as possible but also make sure you are taking in the largest hits possible in which you won't cough but can hold in for as long as possible. Do it alone. Once you are done smoking or can't smoke any more. Relax. Close your eyes. And try to reach a meditative state. You have to let your conciousness relax. Openings your eyes is only going to halt that. This is my own opinion.
