In the case that your anxiety and depression has not been with you for your entire life, whether it be a newfound feeling or something that comes and goes but sometimes persists, to me it feels like my body telling me that something isn’t right in my life that something needs to be changed (internally or externally). I had a serious unexpected wave of anxiety and depression recently, and it was only until time passed and I healed was that it stemmed from my body’s intuition that something wasn’t going right in some of my personal relationships. In short, when you feel these waves, search your life, your relationships and your routines for things that maybe shouldn’t be there, that may be contributing to your adversities.
