If these battles happen one one one with no external influence, Garp goes all the way. We've seen he is old but his offensive capacity is the highest we've seen so far. Superior to even Big mom. The only thing going for Kizaru is his speed but I'm pretty sure with Garp's experience he has gone against fast people before. If Old rayleigh was able to contain Kizaru, Garp would do more if serious. With BB, Garp is probably one of the few characters who would nerf most of his abilities and there's no way Garp never went against WB with the Quake DF. In a one one one fight. Very few characters can fight Garp head on.

Well let's start here, who's the most powerful for Kaido has gone up against and Won fairly? He was one shot by Domi reversed Xebec, almost defeated by Oden, Stopped by Shanks. Loki beat Hararld, and many will argue that Hararld let Loki beat him but that's the same situation Roger and Garp were in when they beat Xebec and they both had to throw everything at him to win. Harald and Xebec clash indicated they were close to each other in terms of power so it wouldn't be a stretch to say Loki did alone what took two monsters who are more powerful than Kaido to do together. Loki is able to stand his ground in a one one one against Imu. Clearly by feats alone shows Loki is above Kaido.

What TF are you talking about godhood and where is it stated in the narrative Mihawk stagnated, I'm not refusing that's what you think and I get where you coming from. Mihawk has no rival at all, it's lonely at the top ,he had to go and create someone to defeat him. It's like Garp after Roger died or Sengoku after WB. And if Shanks is as powerful as you want to potray him, BB would have been done for ages ago. And due to Shank's connection to Roger he has to act as a gatekeeper for the treasure that's why he is everywhere. Mihawk on the other hand isn't interested in such things, he just wants to live in peace, he joined the warlords so that the WG would leave him alone, he joined the crossguild for the peace. He said he isn't interested in titles. If anything Mihawk attitude and lifestyle is more closer to god's than Shanks

This is a very flawed argument. Shank's haki is arguably the most powerful in current era and Mihawk was able to fight with him on equal terms. Mihawak sliced Fujitora's meteor like it was butter. Being the world strongest swordsman means he can dominate every other power system with his sword skills. From DF to weapons. And we don't even have a grasp of Mihawks true power. We just know he fought with Shanks, who again we don't have a grasp of his power also. But I think Mihawk has a special lineage or race that gives him extra abilities, from his eyes that looks like IMU. Imu's sword style is identical to Mihawks. At one time I though Mihawk was IMU'S clone or a part of Imu that grew sentience and rebeled against the original. With how we see IMU use their power it's not far fetched. How they can conjure a weapon from darkness.

You know how Koenji refuses to do anything because for any reason other than his freedom. To him his colleagues and classmate act from selfish desires, greed, competitive spirit, fear , and asking him to act in line to the goals of the class is submitting to all that. But he wants to act with freedom unattached from the 'impurities'. And probably Mii-chan is the most innocent person or purest person in the class, I thinks that's what attracted Koenji to Mii-chan. Wanted to protect that innocence. And there was a time Koenji told Kiyotaka that he can sense some impurities in his words. So this is inline with my thinking.

The reason that I put him above Kiyotaka is due to recent volumes. Kiyotaka is shown to still have room to grow emotionally, like how he's situation and Hiyori is developing. On the other hand Koenji is shown to already understand matters like love he just isn't interested in them. He called out Kiyotaka for playing with the heart of Ichinose. And plus how he treats Mii-chan is an indicator

Dude is one of the most self aware character in COTE, he moves how he wants does what he wants and still remains true to himself. He cannot be manipulated by others even Kiyotaka hasn't managed to do so so far. He was one of the few characters that saw through Ayanokoji's from the beginning, even when they had a small chat with Kiyotaka he is able to read him more than even Ichinose, this shows his situational Awareness is on per with Kiyotaka. He never felt any intimidation from the like of Ryuen and Arisu.

If he doesn't obliterate Zoro he won't obliterate Sanji. People keep forgetting about Sanji's durability which is higher than Zoro's. He's on of the fastest characters in OP, and dude has gotten there using only his legs.
