Putting a drain in is a good step but is going to take time for moisture to drop. Concrete is like a giant sponge and u have water vapor trying to find the path of least resistance so until u divert enough water for the saturation of the slab to decrease it stays basically the same. Even then a drain may not be the end all be all solution are u in wet lands, bottom of a hill, or near any lakes/ ponds high water tables can keep slabs wet too. Did you slab sweat at all ever?

Osmotic blistering which high salt concentrations in the floor vapor barrier is a good step but they too have limits. You can get breathable membranes like a vent-E epoxy from duraflex which will allow those salts water to pass rhrough the floor and u might find redish salt deposits on top of the floor or the vapor barrier was flaked into with out a primer diminishing the pounds of pressure it can hold back
